The smart, because those have EXCELLENT safety cages. Only thing you have to worry about in those is rolling after the crash.

Why don't you purchase one, and let me T-bone you with that Caddy and see whos really right here?

I'd rather have the small one so that is something as big as you fell on me I might get lucky and be squeezed in between the fat rolls.

Cage means jack shit.  Your organs will be hitting the other parts of your insides at the rate of the car, not slowed down by a crumple zone.

What have they done to your american smart cars? In Canada, the standard smart gets 65-70MPG highway, and they're easily modified for 103 MPG

Eric is being a dumb biased fuck. You're right on our ForTwo's being toned down in fuel economy, but nonetheless they are in our top ten most fuel efficient cars available at 41MPG on the highway to 33 city. A 2000 DeVille gets 25 highway and 15 city. Supposedly over a year, you will have saved about $2,000 in gas by choosing the ForTwo.

Oh yeah, and Eric forgot about that detail about us getting the least fuel efficient ForTwo's. Overseas (and even in Canada) you can get one that will do you 60MPG+ No DeVille will ever do this.

the epa rated the smart car at 41mpg highway and 33 city. The 2000 deville gets 15/25. The average miles driven per year is around 11,000, i think. With gas at 3.50 a gallon, the difference is only 855 a year, or 18 dollars a week. To me 18 dollars a week is worth being able to seat 5 (or 6?) passengers, not get killed in a crash, have a large trunk, have decent acceleration, and not look like a douchebag.
Not to mention, parts are probably expensive and hard to find for the smart car. Oh i almost missed it, the smart car requires premium gas.

And punky, gtfo faggot.

Right, but gas can mean petroleum, diesel, natural gas, or propane, and when you're discussing kinds of gas, you kind of have to use the real name. I still say 'gas station' or 'I have to get gas today.'
