I sit at a table all by myself in that class. One group of people call me racist for moving away from them, even though they can obviously see I am sitting away from everyone in the class.
It doesn't help that even though I do everything right, the teacher refuses to give me a one-hundred because "nobody is perfect".
I wonder if I made the right decision.

No, I actually do hate the class too.
then obviously the best option would be to quit...if you dont enjoy it, dont do it. or is it mandatory that you do one or the other? surely you can take something else that you actually like instead... or do an extra lesson of a class you do enjoy. ask the teachers about it and explain how you feel about both groups.
