Between 31 - 44% of Brits are agnostic or atheist these days. The percentage is rising.
Won't we need to adapt the national anthem or change it to Rule Britania (which is much catchier than the dull and slow God Save the Queen anyway).
Are any fellow Brit atheists embarrased by our anthem? Most other countries don't mention God.

I hate our national anthem simply because it's plain crap, it has nothing to do with religion, it's just a crap anthem. Additionally there's more to our country than the damn Queen, she's not that significant besides waving and tourism anyway. What about an anthem for all us people in Britain, not just the Queen.

We should blatently have Land of Hope and Glory or Rule Britannia as our anthem.
