Omfg. I wanted a job so bad but I didnt think I would hate this particular job so much. I HATE WORKING AT MCDONALDS. It is by far the worst job on the face of the earth. Maybe its just my McDonalds that's bad, but its disorganized, people are rowdy and rude, ignorant, mean, customers have attitudes, you never know when you are supposed to work, TOO MANY MANAGERS not enough normal workers, and UGH. They dont even train you. I've been handing food out the window for weeks now! I can barely use the register or learn grill. BUT MY PARENTS WONT LET ME QUIT. They say, "Chris, if you quit, were takin your ps3 and your computer away. Things are going to change!" But, they said if I find another job I can quit. Ive been applying like crazy to places but to no avail. Why? WHY? I hate MCDONALDS AND MY PARENTS!!!

parents are assholes and just keep looking for new jobs. when i started looking, i had no idea there were even that many places where i lived. dont just search where youve been b4 look on the internet for all the stores and little places near you, you'll be amazed how many places there are, i was!

First of all, no job is going to be perfect and give you everything that you wanted. But having said that, it sounds like it's probably just your particular location that is like that. Some of my friends work at McDonald's and they love it, simply for the fact that they like their manager and co-workers. Is there another McDonald's near you that you could transfer to? Perhaps one that is less busy or has better clients? Unfortunately you're going to run into rude people no matter what kind of fast food restaurant you're in, which is why you sometimes have to suck it up and give them a smile. Try looking for another location to work at, or change jobs.
