http://www.peacefire.org and sign up to their mail list. They send you loads of proxys that are created them selfs. Because all of these aren't commercial website blocking software wont pick up on them really fast. and when they do, well... there will be more, and if they are on dinamic ips they will always change!

Worst case, like my school, they have filtered out the actually proxy scripts rendering the websites useless.... Buggers....
