Due to the daily topics which are made requesting proxies, I've compiled a proxy list for you all to use (100+), feel free to post your own to make this list massive!
If you are able to install software on the computer, I suggest that you use Tor which will allow you to get on any website blocked. Great for anonymity + privacy too. Check out the site for more details, Works on Windows; Mac; Linux/Unix.
Tip: Lots of filters in work/education block any web addresses with the word 'proxy' in it, so they won't usually work, or be blocked soon after.

Some of them have https:// capabilities. School safeguards usually never block those.
