First off all, NEVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, put your hands behind your HEAD when working out. CROSS your arms and lay them across your chest. Putting them behind your head can do serious damage to your neck. Also, in laying your arms across your chest, you can make it a goal to touch your knees to your elbows each time you go up.

i don't feel sore right away when i do it either... but i sure as hell do the next day... you should be careful... you could hurt yourself if you do too much and you're not used to it!
